Instructions for use:

Wet or dry application:

• Metallic effect enamels can be applied both wet and dry.
• When applied wet, avoid washing the color and using an excessive amount of water for application.

Metal application:

• If you want to apply enamels directly on metal, it is recommended to do it in two layers:
  • The first layer is to obtain a uniform surface and should be fired until completely fused.
  • The second layer should be fired briefly to achieve a more pronounced metallic effect.

Firing temperature:

• It is recommended to fire the enamels around 780 / 790°C.

Glittery surface:

• To enhance the effect and achieve a more glittery surface, you can fire the enamel for a shorter time, leaving the surface rougher.

Combining with other enamels:

• If you want to combine metallic effect enamels with other enamels, it is important to apply them in the final firing.

Warning about overfiring:

• In case of overfiring, metallic effect enamels may lose their desired effect. In this case, it is possible to apply another layer of color and re-cook.
