Repro Blue is a hot-melt thermoplastic resin developed for producing flexible molds with increased dimensional stability. Compared to the White (Natural) version, Repro Blue features higher hardness and reduced elasticity, making it more suitable for molds requiring improved resistance to deformation and greater geometric accuracy. It is suitable for artistic, craft, and technical or mechanical applications, including the inspection and analysis of engine cylinder transfer and exhaust ports. The resin can be remelted and reused up to 50 times.
Key features
Hot-melt thermoplastic resin with higher rigidity than the White version
Lower flexibility, improved mold stability
Suitable for artistic, craft, and mechanical use
Good resistance to deformation
Reusable up to 50 remelting cycles
