Heating System

• The utmost care in the construction of the heating elements and the high quality of the materials used (Kantal A1) guarantee perfect firings for many years.
• "SSR" modulation, precise and silent control on the resistors with Solid State Relay
• S-type temperature probe, for temperatures up to 1300°C

Automatic Temperature Controller UC51

• The temperature control panel is equipped with microprocessor instrumentation for programming with a gradient of N° 9 programmable sequences.
• Once installed, each program can be easily recalled by selecting the corresponding number.
• In each of these programs, it is possible to set a firing diagram with 12 different temperatures associated with their own rise, fall, or hold time. Therefore, with this instrument, it is possible to set different variables depending on the specific productions to be carried out.
• Real-time information related to the running program (operating program, executed segments, furnace temperature, etc.) will be displayed on the screen.
• Various indicator lights signal the operations performed.
• Automatic restart of the furnace in case of power interruption.
