POTTERY PUGMILL / DEGASSER HLM90/F - 320 KG/H

This ceramic Pugmill, made with bent iron elements, is the ideal solution for kneading and homogenizing ceramic dough in a plastic state.
The HLM90/F is particularly suitable for schools and small workshops that need to knead red clays and terracottas.
By interposing shaped dies, it is able to extrude profiles of different shapes and nature, finding its natural field of application in hobbies and artistic modeling.
It consists of a sturdy support on which the extrusion body is assembled, equipped with a closing cap with a pressure lever, on which a safety micro switch operates. The motorization group is connected to the extrusion screw by a sturdy triple chain.
The equipment is completed by the vacuum generator pump which, by subtracting air from the dough, allows obtaining a very compact product.

Key features:

• Lever closure material input: plastic material must be inserted through the dedicated top opening equipped with a pressure pad pushed by a lever handle mounted on it.
• Motorization and transmission: electric motor fixed on the support and connected to the extrusion screw by means of a sturdy triple metal chain.
• Die holder connection with shaped die: a series of standard shaped dies are available, or a customized die shape may be requested.
